Intro
Orb hasn't changed for the last two seasons, which is why we've moved it to our preview section. It continues to be a benchmark for its class, despite the great many new models that have been introduced in the segment. It's a ski for anyone who wants to feel at home in all snow conditions and isn't worried about a little extra weight on the climb. Smooth and precise on hard snow and great for wide turns on corn. It conveys confidence in skiers with good technique and helps out developing skiers. It's excellent on steep slopes, but suffers a bit in deep pow. Its weight is well distributed for the ascent and allows for long, technical outings.
