    Intro
The top-of-the-line model complete with ISMF-certified brake is not just the same binding plus brake, but the new addition is there for maximum functionality. The flap that the boot sits on in walk mode also operates the brake via a steel cable with just one simple movement. The toe piece arms don't have springs, so are super strong and rigid, and are joined by a central cam mechanism well integrated into the overall structure. The Uphill Hardness Variator is also there to adjust the grip on the inserts depending on size and condition.

    Fit
Reflexes are everything when it comes to gaining a second or two when transitioning and aligning the pins; toe piece entry is so easy you can do it with your eyes closed, even on soft snow. The ingenious lever acts as a guide when the pins are open, so you can easily line up the pins without needing to add extra weight. Entry is easy for all types of insert, though slightly less with Gignoux boots. Heel entry is easy over the titanium U-spring as the ends are wrapped by two metal bushings that protect it from wear. The brake is the real deal with a surprising amount of spring force considering the small size and the climbing aid flap engages and locks it away firmly.
